Eplayment is an e-wallet that helps gamers, content creators, and their fans, have a seamless experience between their gaming experience and digital finance.
As a product that offers so many features and aims to target a wide audience, EP needed to form a clear and concise message and create a consistent visual identity that appeals to gamers, creators and their fans- all while conveying their credibility and security as a digital finance app.
Agape worked on the brand strategy, brand identity design and social media marketing of Eplayment.
For Eplayment’s design direction, we wanted to veer away from the typical gamer aesthetic by combining visual cues from the retro futurism movement and Y2K aesthetic.
We took inspiration from films such as Blade Runner and The Matrix and animes such as Evangelion and Ghost in the Shell.
The Eplayment world: Where your digital finance and virtual life seamlessly meet.
In order to give them a distinct and memorable look, we envisioned the Eplayment brand as it’s own world - one where users are transported to whenever they use the Eplayment app. We used this concept of world building as a key idea for their brand identity: with graphic elements and collaterals looking like they exist in the Eplayment world.

Recently having undergone a logo redesign, Eplayment wanted to keep their existing symbol but asked us to refine it to make it more scalable.
They also asked us to redesign their logotype and give it a more serious look and feel.
Introducing Ely, the mascot we designed for Eplayment! Ely is an average gamer, but when she uses her Eplayment app, it transports her to a world where she can access special abilities and power ups- helping her navigate the virtual world.
In order to keep their social media interesting and engaging, we combined informational and promotional posts with illustrations and GIFS depicting the Eplayment world.
