WeAllNet (WAN) is a multi-utility app from Vietnam that aims to simplify the way we live, work and play by combining social media, streaming, news, messaging and E-commerce - all in one platform.
With an app that boasts a carefully curated stream of content that is targeted towards Gen-Z consumers, WAN needed to revamp it’s branding to reflect their fast growing company’s goals and values.
We collaborated with WAN on their rebranding, brand guidelines, pitch deck layout and the UI design of their app.
WAN’s previous identity was lost in a sea of cold and unapproachable tech apps. This posed a problem for WAN as they sought to appeal to both Gen-Z consumers and Influencers.
Because of this, we wanted to go against the usual “tech start-up” approach and create a brand that is warm and welcoming without sacrificing credibility and integrity. One that is appealing to the young and trendy Gen-Z audience.
With this in mind, Agape sought to introduce a human-centered approach to the brand. Instead of zeroing in on the app’s many functionalities, we shifted the focus to the users and how the app affects their daily lives.
To introduce this human element to WAN’s brand identity, we changed their previously cold and serious color palette to a vibrant combination of orange and purple. We also added doodles and simple shapes to their brand elements and prioritized hero shots featuring people over stills of the app.
